Tower and Cell Site Inspection Company

TX/RX Company was established in January 1990 as a partnership between John J. Kochan and John P. Kochan to provide tower services to the Cellular Telephone Industry.  We are strategically located in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania, one mile off I-81, ten miles South of Wilkes-Barre, PA, and  nine miles north of the intersection of I-81 and I-80.

In July 1997 TX/RX Company was incorporated and today is referred to as TX/RX Co. Inc.  Our business status has changed but our mission remains the same.

We have installed microwave systems from tower to tower, roof to roof, and in the case of the Securities and Exchange Commission, window to window in New York City.

We have installed cellular antenna systems on towers, roof-tops, and water tanks for cellular providers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.

We have  been inspecting cell sites for Verizon Wireless in the North Eastern Pennsylvania (NEPA), Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh markets since 1993.  Other satisfied carriers include US Cellular, AT&T, and Allegheny Power.
